“Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about unbecoming everything that isn’t really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.”

Hi, I’m Leanne!

I’m glad you’re here. It takes courage to reach out for support, especially if doing things on your own has been the way you’ve gotten through.

You may be reading this feeling stuck in patterns that make it feel confusing, painful, and difficult to relate to yourself and others.

Perhaps you struggle with anxiety that never fully settles, lingering depression, emotional overwhelm, panic, anger, or a persistent sense of disconnection and isolation. These patterns may show up in your relationships through people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, fear of abandonment or rejection, conflict, emotional shutdown, or repeatedly finding yourself in painful relational dynamics that are hard to understand or break. You may long for closeness but feel overwhelmed by it or struggle to feel it’s available when you need it.

I work with individuals seeking to heal from relational injuries, especially those rooted in childhood experiences that continue to impact daily life, self worth, emotional regulation, and relationships.

Using Somatic Experiencing and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, I support clients in understanding how their nervous system and attachment patterns shape their inner world and relationships, creating space for new ways of relating and connecting to emerge.

My hope is that our work together provides a space to process past wounds, develop a deeper sense of safety within yourself, and build more secure and fulfilling connections with others.
