Hi, I’m Leanne!

I’m glad you’re here. It takes courage to reach out for support, especially when doing things on your own has been the way you’ve gotten through.

I work with individuals who feel stuck in patterns within themselves and in their relationships, often with an understanding that earlier painful or overwhelming life experiences still shape how things feel today.

My work is grounded in Somatic Experiencing and informed by attachment science through my training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy.

Our work will help you better understand your emotional and nervous system responses, how you relate to others, and support new experiences of connection that can begin to shift how things feel in yourself and your relationships.
